Dose (adults):
1/8 Teaspoon (approx. 0.7 g)
Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings. Do not exceed 3 servings per day.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
